For sale is my Volvo S40 D5 SE sport R-design. If you are looking at this car then you probably already know its about. The D5 engine is a 2.4 litre 5 cylinder turbo diesel engine, the highest spec engine possible in this car, producing 180 bhp with a 6 speed gear box, giving smooth and effortless performance, happy cruising at 70mph on the motorway returning 50mpg!! This model also benefits from the R-design kit which really sets the car off. It has FULL black leather, which is an upgrade from the common two tone black and white leather, which looks nice on pictures until you see it when its worn, the black still looks like new after doing over 100,000 miles. It also has the 18" alloys, again which are the highest spec ones available for this model, above the boring 5 spoke alloys available. In my opinion, it also in the best colour available, a dark gun metal grey which really suits the car. From the rear it has the twin exhaust exit, one on either side, only available on the D5 diesel model!

This Really is a beautiful car that as been well looked after and I will be sad to see it go. I am only selling it due to recieving a company car.

I bought the car on the 31st July 2011, so I have only had it 6 months. I bought it with a 103,000 miles, at this point it had a full print out of history upto 100,000 miles, with everything from service dates, to dates of bulb and tyre changes. It was company owned so wanted for nothing. As soon as I bought the vehicle, it was serviced by my local mechanic who maintains every vehicle I have had and wouldnt go to anywhere else. It has now done 110,000 so your good for at least another 6 months / 7,000 miles. The car as also had a very good bluetooth hands free kit fitted, which works through the cars audio system, cutting the radio/CD off when a call is recieved and ringing/communicating through the speakers. Please do not be put off by the mileage. It is all motorway miles. Ask anyone who knows about diesels engines and the will tell you the volvo D5 engine is as good as it gets and will the happily double the mileage its done when serviced regular as this one has!! For piece of mind, if you would like to bring a mechanic with you to check over the car then this is 100% fine and would be encouraged.

The road tax is up at the end of Jan but I will put another 6 months on it, the MOT is due in March and should sail through!

The car is in good condition except a small dent near the drivers door on the front wing. This is only small and none of the paint is cracked, it has never bothered me so i have never had it repaired. The wheels do have some kerbing to the edges but run 100% true and have no buckling or flat spots and are a really nice wheel.

Viewing is recommended and welcomed, this is a stunning car and you wouldnt be disappointed. It is available for viewing in either Liverpool or St.Helens depending on time of day.

Car has now been taxed for 6 months and had new front bearings fitted!
